1. About VAYGO

VAYGO is a fashion and lifestyle brand offering modular tote bags and accessories, including the GO TOTE, which features detachable and interchangeable panels connected via zippers.

4. Product Information & Modularity Disclaimer

a. Product Nature

The GO TOTE is a modular product consisting of:

  • One middle (core) panel
  • Two detachable side (wing) panels

Panels can be interchanged to create different combinations.

b. Material Disclosure

Our products are made using PU and PVC-based vegan leather, an animal-free alternative designed for durability and everyday use.

c. Natural Variations

Due to the modular construction and synthetic materials:

  • Minor variations in texture, grain, colour, or firmness may occur
  • Slight differences between panels are normal
  • These characteristics are not considered defects

Panels can be interchanged to create different combinations.

5. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as stated.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

6. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.
  • VAYGO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Product designs
  • Modular panel system
  • Images, videos, text, graphics
  • Logos, trademarks, and brand elements

are the exclusive intellectual property of VAYGO.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
  • Replicate or reverse-engineer the modular panel system
  • Use VAYGO designs for commercial purposes

without prior written permission.

8. Use of the Product

You agree to:

  • Attach and detach panels only as instructed
  • Avoid forcing zippers or misaligned attachment
  • Follow care and handling instructions provided

Damage caused by improper use, forced attachment, or unauthorised modification is not covered under warranty or returns.

9. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by:

These policies form an integral part of these Terms.
